We invite you to join us for the closed portion of the U.S.-West Africa Tech Challenge on September 27, 2023.
The U.S.-West Africa Tech Challenge aims to advance the development of promising technologies that offer innovative solutions to help expose, understand, or counter disinformation, propaganda, and violent extremism within Coastal West Africa.
Eight finalist organizations will present their technologies to a panel of judges. Up to three organizations will be selected as winners of the Challenge and will receive funding totaling $250,000 USD. The winners will be announced on Day 2 of the event.
This event will be held as a hybrid event, both in-person and live-streamed. Please register to confirm your spot. Only approved registrations will receive the full event details.
This invitation is non-transferable. If you cannot attend but would like to nominate someone else, please contact us at westafricatechchallenge@becera.co with their email address and we will send them the invite.
(By registering for the Day 1 closed portion of the U.S.-West Africa Tech Challenge, you will also automatically be registered for the Day 2 public portion on September 28 featuring panels and discussions with stakeholders across sectors. You do not need to register separately for Day 2.)
